3 Very Easy Steps As A JobHopper Employer
1. Registration
A very easy registration awaits any new employer in the menu. Registrations are manually approved and other info may be requested for security purposes. According to the POPIA you need to sign a consent form, giving us permission to post your details on the website, so candidates may know how to find you.
2. Post Your Piece Job
The job dashboard is an easy to use piece job form. Use this form every time you create your piece job. Your job will then be posted by the JobHopper team.
3. Await Your Candidate
Once your job is posted, candidates will be able to browse through it and apply if they fit the skill set. JobHopper then does a basic security check. A 10% commission is payable to JobHopper every time the team finds you a suitable person. This is to cover reference phone calls and the security check. So if you are paying the person a R100 for the job, JobHopper gets R10 and the candidates receives the full R100.
